About Me

I have been at OVE for over 20 years as the resource teacher. I work to help kids succeed by giving them extra tools and strategies, and making learning concrete.

When I am not teaching or tutoring, I enjoy spending time with my girls and my husband. I like to be active and I really enjoying road biking and mountain biking, and taking long walks! I am very involved at my church and love going to the Dominican Republic and helping people there! My husband teaches social studies at the high school and is also a driver's ed instructor.

I have 3 girls that have all gone through OVE and graduated from NHS. My oldest daughter is finishing up her schooling at Marian University to be an RN. My next daughter is at IU in a pre-med program with aspirations of being an OB/GYN. My youngest daughter just graduated and joined her sister at IU. She will also be pre-med hoping to eventually be an oncologist. I also have 3 cats that keep me company!
